The website chassenay.com gives the user access to the following services at no charge:

The website is accessible for free from any location, limited to adults with Internet access. All expenses incurred by the user to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) will be borne by the user. The publisher reserves the right to request proof of the user’s age, particularly when using the online ordering services.

Access to and use of the website are strictly reserved for personal use only. The user agrees not to use this website or the data and information it contains for any commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of business publicity, namely to send out unsolicited email.

An extranet providing access to the reserved services is available only to member users, as identified by Chassenay d’Arce. To access the services, the user must log in using the username and password communicated to him/her.
A member user may request to be unsubscribed by visiting the dedicated page in his/her account space. This will take effect within a reasonable period of time.

Any force majeure event resulting in a malfunction of the website or server, including any interruption or modification for the performance of maintenance, shall not incur the liability of chassenay.com. In those instances, the user agrees not to hold the publisher accountable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
